What is the inspiration for the Veterans Affordable Housing Program?

The inspiration for this program came from Richard Simonian, a former Army Special Forces member. Simonian is active in several veterans’ organizations and a number of charitable programs in Southern California. He has a heart for veterans who sacrificed for the U.S. He has a deep sympathy for the disabled and a clear understanding of economic hardship of these times.
